Velora Villas provides luxury villa rental services in Casa de Campo, Dominican Republic. We act as an independent rental service and are not affiliated with Casa de Campo Resort.

Booking and Reservations

When making a reservation through Velora Villas:

• A deposit is required to secure your booking
• Full payment is typically due 30 days prior to arrival
• You must provide accurate information for all guests
• You agree to our cancellation and refund policies

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by property and season. Standard policy: cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival receive a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations within 60 days are subject to property-specific policies.

Payment Terms

We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely. Pricing is in USD and includes taxes unless otherwise stated. Additional fees may apply for extra services.

Limitation of Liability

Velora Villas acts as an intermediary between guests and property owners. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or stay at any property.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Velora Villas website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Velora Villas or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service.
